Orders normally ship within 2 or 3 business days after placement or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to USPS norms. Processing and delivery days fall on business days (Monday – Friday). Standard Federal/Public Holidays are not included in business day calculations.
Orders are shipped primarily through First Class United States Postal Service. Olive Brand is not liable for any delay in delivery by the delivery service and only guarantees to hand over the package to the delivery service within 3-5 days from the date of the order.
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided during check out.
Expedited Shipping is available in the continental US, but is not currently available in Puerto Rico.
While we ship to APO/FPO addresses for the same flat rate, we are unable to control the speed at which these packages travel. Please allow for additional time for these packages to be delivered.

Handmade, custom and our tarnish free jewelry pieces have a no return policy. Unless an item arrives damaged or broken all sales are final. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns within 14 days. To be eligible for a return in a damaged item it must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@olivebrandus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
